Firm users are the individual attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff who each have their own username and password for accessing your firm's MyCase account.

Everyone's role at the firm is identified using one of the following user types: Attorney, Paralegal, or Staff.

If your firm has two attorneys, four paralegals, and one administrative user, your firm has 7 firm users.

To view firm users:

  1. Open the Settings page.

  2. Click Firm Users to see a list of all the firm users that have been added to your MyCase account.
