How does Levitate work with MyCase?
Levitate is a one-way way-sync with MyCase. Emails, logged phone calls, and notes can all sync to cases in MyCase.
NOTE: Contact information is read-only from MyCase, so if a user changes the contact info in Levitate, it will not update that contact’s information in MyCase.
