Upgrade to the Advanced Tier

Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.

Step 1: Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your MyCase account, and select All Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click Firm Settings in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Select the Billing sub tab in Firm Settings.

Step 4: Click the "Edit Subscription" button. This will take you to the subscription selection page.

Step 5: You will then have the option to select "Buy Advanced" amongst the upgrade options.

Step 6: Agree to the Terms of Service if necessary and click "Confirm & Upgrade" on the confirmation pop up.

Once you have completed these steps, you have successfully upgraded to the Advanced tier! Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the Advanced tier so you will be able to start using Drive, Full Text Search, Open API, and Advanced Document Automation right away. Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract.
