How do I upgrade my MyCase subscription?

Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.

Step 1: Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your MyCase account, and select All Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click Firm Settings in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Select the Billing sub tab in Firm Settings.


Step 4: Click the "Edit Subscription" button. This will take you to the subscription selection page.

Step 5: You will then have the option to select "Upgrade Now" for the corresponding tier you'd like to upgrade to.

Step 6: Agree to the Terms of Service if necessary and click "Confirm & Upgrade" on the confirmation pop up.

Once you have completed these steps, you have successfully upgraded to the new tier! Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the new tier so you will be able to start using any new features right away. Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract.
