Payments on Mobile

The MyCase mobile app allows you to record credit card payments from your phone.

Recording a Payment

Click the "+" button in the lower-right corner of the screen and select "Quick Pay."

Select the account into which you want the payment to be deposited. Enter the relevant client information (only first and last name is required) and credit card information.


Once submitted, the payment will be logged in MyCase under the Billing | Reconciliation tab. Funds can then be transferred to the appropriate client/case trust account for future application to a receivable.
