Get the help you need quickly by selecting:

  1. Get Help in the bottom left-hand corner of your MyCase account

  2. Get help from our Customer Success Team by selecting Send us a message

  3. See the most viewed Knowledge Center articles and search for help topics

  4. See What’s New with product and feature update

  5. To view an article, select the Title

The article automatically expands.

  1. To reduce the view, select the arrow above the title

  2. Let us know if it helped you solve the problem by selecting an emoji.

You can also continue to go to the MyCase Knowledge Center by selecting Get Support in MyCase.

You can also visit the MyCase website and make sure to visit the Learning Center to learn everything you need to know to run your firm.
