How can I change the case that a message is linked to?

Messages in MyCase can be linked to a particular case/matter. You can update the case link of a message at anytime by following these instructions.

Open the message you would like to edit.

Click the Edit Case hyperlink (pictured below).

You will then be able to specify the case you would like to link the message to. Then, click Save.
