OVERVIEW
Using our Forgot Password tool, you will be up and running again in no time.
On the Login page, next to the Password field, click on "Forgot Password?".
Enter the Email Address that you use to login to your MyCase account.
MyCase will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
*Please note: Only the most recent "Forgot Password" email will be valid. If the "Reset Password" email has been sent in the past or multiple times in one day, the previous emails will be invalid.
A Master User cannot change the password for any other firm users. If someone has forgotten or lost their password, they can use this Forgot Password Tool.
