How do I get a CalendarRules account?

  • Fill out this form and CalendarRules will get you set up.

How many CalendarRules accounts do I need for my firm?

  • You only need 1 CalendarRules account, which will work for your entire firm.

Is there a free trial?

  • Yes, MyCase customers get a 2-week free trial of CalendarRules. Just ask when creating your account.

Will I automatically be charged once my free trial ends?

  • No, CalendarRules will not charge you.

Does everyone in the firm need to set up the CalendarRules integration in MyCase?

  • No, only one person at your firm needs to set it up, and then everyone will be able to use it.

How do I request a new court that CalendarRules does not currently have?

  • For new courts, please email stacy@calendarrules.com. Please include the link or PDF for the specific rules you are requesting.

What if I have a rules or calculation related question?

  • Please submit deadline related questions to the Rules Team here.

What if I have a question about how the feature works?

How do I tell if an event was created from a Court Rule?

  • The easiest way to tell is an event was created from a Court Rule is to open the event details and check the history. If the event was created from a Court Rule, then it will say the event was added via Court Rule.
