To view the Client Portal activity for a client or contact in your MyCase account, visit their contact details page.
We've made it easier than ever to quickly see the activity for a particular client, to give you insight into whether the client is logging in, and what they are doing within the portal.
To access this section, simply search on a contact's name using the global search in the upper-right corner of MyCase - clicking on their name will take you to that contact's Contact Details section.
You will notice a series of tabs you can select. Click on Activity:
The following activities will be shown for your contact when:
A firm user created the contact
The contact was linked to case
The contact viewed a document
The contact logged in
The contact paid an invoice
The contact commented on an event
The contact uploaded a document
The contact commented on a document
The contact was removed from a case by attorney
A firm user archived the contact
*Please note that this page will respect the case permissions per firm user. Only firm users linked to a specific case will see contact activity regarding that case.
