If your client has forgotten their password, they can use the "Forgot Password" tool to reset it.
When you initially give a client/contact access to MyCase, they will receive a welcome email from the system. This email provides instructions on how to setup their account, along with a link to configure their password.
If your client has forgotten their password, they can use the "Forgot Password" tool to reset it. Simply send them the following instructions...
1. Go to www.mycase.com/login
2. Next to the password field, click the blue "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter the email address that was used to create your MyCase account.
4. Click Submit
5. You will receive an email from MyCase with instructions for resetting your password.
*Please note: Only the most recent "Forgot Password" email will be valid. If the "Reset Password" email has been sent in the past or multiple times in one day, the previous emails will be invalid.
