How to Write a Check from a Client’s Trust Account in MyCase Accounting

To write a check from the trust account you will need to do this under the contact for the client. You can either go to the search box at the top of your MyCase page to search and select the contact, or by navigating to contacts and selecting the contact you are issuing the trust check for.

Next, go to the billing tab for the contact > select trust history > and Withdraw from Trust

Then, enter the withdraw trust information > select print check at the bottom of the page > fill out the check details > and select Withdraw and Print Check Now.
