When generating a document automatically as PDF, you may see the following message:
This happens when your documents include list items, for example, bullet points, or numbered lists, and template fields are inserted in your list. Reformatting your document ( e.g. removing the bullet points from your template) is one of your options, so you can automatically generate your document as a PDF.
However, there is an easy way to remedy if the PDF generation fails!
1: Click on the "Back" icon which will bring you back to the previous page, then click on "Next: Save Document".
2: First, draft the document as docx file. This will also allow you to make any changes ( if any) in the Word version.
3: Use MyCase "Convert PDF" to convert the final version to PDF with a click of a button!
