If you experience any issues with the add-in, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:
Close and reopen the add-in
Clear Web Cache
The add-in is using your underlying internet browser.
Click the "i" icon on the top right of the Add-in
Click Clear Web Cache
Uninstall and Reinstall the app
To uninstall go to Insert > My Add-in in Word.
Click the 3 dots and select "Remove"
To reinstall click on Office Store, Search for MyCase, and click Add.
