You can easily automate pronouns in your templates with conditional fields.
1: Create a field your conditional field will depend on
2: Create a conditional field: setup your IF and THEN statement
in your IF statement, choose the field your conditional field will depend on
in your THEN statement, specify what language should be inserted in the conditions are met.
3. Click "Add a condition" and repeat the same for the other two options.
Pro Tip:
If your document also includes Possessive or Object Pronouns, you need to create new fields.
If you need a conditional field that is similar to the one you already built, click the "..." on the right side of the field and click Duplicate, so you don't have to start your new field from scratch!
