Why is my MyCase Desktop out of date? How do I update to the newest version?
To ensure firms are getting critical bug fixes to MyCase Desktop, version 2.1.4 stopped working on 12/15/22.
If you or your firm are using version 2.1.4, you will see the following message within the app:
If you see this message, select the Check for Update button to install the latest version.
If you still see this message after attempting to update, MyCase Desktop encountered a problem and you should try reinstalling.
