This article will instruct you where to go to view all of the notes that have been linked to a particular case/matter.

OVERVIEW

Open the Case Details Page for the case/matter you'd like to view notes for.

In the Items & Info sub-menu, click on Notes (pictured below). You will be taken to a list of all the notes that have been linked to the case/matter.

Notes can be printed by clicking the Print button on the top right side of the screen.

Notes are only available to firm users (attorneys, paralegals and staff). They cannot be shared with any clients or contacts outside of the law firm. Therefore, there is no risk of accidentally sharing notes with clients.
